Charles F. Hall, 67, of Leesburg, passed away Wednesday, April 22, 2015. Born in Troy, New York, he moved to Leesburg in 1995 from West Sand Lake, New York. He was a Boilermaker, was a member of the VFW, The Eagles & The Elks Lodge. Chuck served in the US Army during Vietnam. He is survived by his son, Charles F. Hall, Jr., Watervliet, NY; daughter, Dawn L. Horton, Troy, NY; sister, Doris Weaver, Albany, NY; 4 grandchildren, John, Christopher, Elexandra, Avalyn; and 1 great-grandchild, Riven.
