Charles Flannigan, Jr., 80, of Eustis, FL passed away Sunday, July 18, 2010. Born in Harrisburg, Illinois, he moved to Eustis in 2002 from Decatur, Illinois. He was a Steel Analyst for the Caterpillar Corp., was a member of the Eustis Moose Lodge and American Legion #105 of Decator, Illinois. Charles served in the US Navy during Korea. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Harriett J. Flannigan, Eustis, FL; daughter, Letha of Decatur; 2 step-sons, Eugene L. Hubbard, Ames, Iowa, Glen A. Hubbard, Iowa; step-daughter, Marcy Donaldson, Englewood, CO; brother, Raymond Flannigan of Decatur; 2 sisters, Charlene Ely, Amarillo, TX, Blanch Davis, Decatur, IL; 3 grandchildren.
