Carmey Davidson

Carmey Davidson, 68, of Grand Island, passed away Sunday, January 24, 2016. Born in Beckley, West Virginia, he moved to Grand Island in 2013 from Huntington, WV. Prior to his retirement Carmey was an Army Recruiter and was a veteran of Vietnam. He was a member of the American Legion Post 93 of Kenova, WV. He was an avid Harley Motorcycle rider and was past member of the Jacksonville Rolling Thunder and Lake County H.O.G.S. He is survived by Wife, Bea Davidson, Grand Island, FL; Daughters, Wendy Walker of Eustis, FL and Lynn Pigman of Jacksonville, FL; Step-Son, Simon Schoenlein of Parkersburg, WV; Sister, Linda Nuckols of King, NC; and 7 Grandchildren. He is predeceased by his brother Vernon Davidson. Military Honors will be held at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell on Friday, January 29, 2016 at 2:00 PM where the Interment will follow.
