Carmen A. Mercado-Lentz, 81, of Sorrento, passed away Monday, December 12, 2016. Born in Ponce, Puerto Rico, she moved to Sorrento in 2014 from Punta Gorda, FL. She was an office manager with the public school system prior to her retirement. Carmen was of Catholic faith. She enjoyed reading and gardening. She is survived by her Husband, Richard Franklin Lentz of Sorrento, FL; Sons, Michael Mercado of Pennsylvania, Eric Mercado of Sorrento, FL, Steven Mercado of Sorrento, FL, and Edward Mercado of Sorrento, FL; Daughter, Lisa Mercado-Martinez of Sorrento, FL; Brothers, Charlie Rivera of NY, John Rivera of Lehigh Acres, FL, and Manny Rivera of New York; Sister, Alice Valle; 15 Grandchildren and 7 Great-Grandchildren.
