Carlton Eugene Mancill

Carlton Eugene Mancill, 73, of Tavares, passed away Tuesday, October 1, 2019. Born in Bonifay, Florida, he moved to Tavares in 1952 from Bonifay, FL. He was a communication technician working for CenturyLink. Carlton was a member of the VFW, Eagles, AMVETS, and of the Masonic Lodge. He also enjoyed watching Youtube, boating, sports cars, horses and his, dog Bella, who could do no wrong in his eyes. He is survived by his Sons, Thorton Lorentz of Winter Haven, FL, Mathew Mancill of Umatilla, FL, Nguyen Kim Cang of Vietnam; Daughter, Rosalee D. Gayle of Tavares, FL; Brother, Archie Mancill of Ferndale, FL; Sisters, Christine Green of Leesburg, FL, Patricia Callihan of Leesburg, FL, along with 6 Grandchildren, 4 Great-Grandchildren and his canine companion-Bella. Military Honors will be held at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell on Friday, October 25, 2019 at 11:00 AM.
