Beulah Garland Wilson, 87, of Grand Island, FL died on September 16, 2009. Born in Johnson City, TN and raised in Bakersville, NC she moved to Orlando in 1957, then to Bandana, NC in 1993 and to Grand Island, FL in 1997. She retired from Crown, Cork & Seal, Orlando, FL. Mrs. Wilson was a member of Grand Island Baptist Church. She was a good and faithful servant to the Lord. She is preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd. She is survived by her daughter, Janice Redditt, Orlando; granddaughter, Jennifer Redditt, Orlando; brothers: Don Garland (Dee), Grand Island, FL and Arthur Garland (Agnes), Johnson City, TN; sisters: Myrtle Carroll, Christiansburg, VA and Bernice Stair, Roanoke, VA; numerous loved nieces and nephews and extended Garland and Wilson relatives. Services will be held at Grand Island Baptist Church on September 18, 2009 at 6:30pm. The family will receive friends at the church prior to the service from 5:00-6:30pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Grand Island Baptist Church, Missions Fund, PO Box 350759, Grand Island, FL 32735 or Tavares Cornerstone Hospice, 2445 Lane Park Rd, Tavares, FL 32278.
