Bernice "Bernie" L. Martin

Bernice L. (Bernie) Martin, 92, of Leesburg, passed away Thursday, February 24, 2011. Born in Russellville, Kentucky, he and his wife have been winter residents to Leesburg since 1978 coming from Clarkston in 1978 from Clarkston, Michigan. He was a Fire Engineer with the Pontiac, MI Fire Dept., was a music singer & performer, active fisherman, hunter & gardener. Bernie was a member of First Assembly of God, Leesburg. He is survived by his wife, Irene Martin, Clarkston, MI; 2 sons, Larry Martin, Wetmore, MI, Roger Martin, Summerfield, FL; daughter, Doris Marie Morgan, Eustis, FL; 3 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Services will be held at Harden/Pauli Funeral Home Chapel, Eustis on Monday, February 28, 2011 at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Eustis. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home on Sunday, February 27, 2011 from 3:00 PM till 6:00 PM.
