Barry DeMent

Barry DeMent, 66, of Mount Dora, Florida, passed away Friday, June 19, 2020. Born in Saint Louis, Missouri, he and Kathy moved to Central Florida in 1980 from Pinckneyville, Illinois. He was a Shipping Manager with Crown Cork and Seal prior to his retirement. Barry enjoyed woodworking, playing Golf and was fond of english bulldogs. He and Kathy also enjoyed traveling throughout the United States and abroad. Barry is predeceased by his parents, Rev. M. Shaw and Joyce DeMent. He is survived by his Wife of 45 years, Kathy DeMent of Mount Dora, FL; Brothers, Kenny (Jill) DeMent of Mount Dora, FL and Randy (Debbie) DeMent of Du Quoin, IL; and by several Nieces and Nephews, numerous extended family and friends. Private memorial services will be held at the Harden/Pauli Funeral Home Chapel, Eustis on Thursday, June 25, 2020.
