Amanda Lee Denney, 64, of Eustis, FL, passed away Sunday, May 12, 2024. She was born in Nashville, Tennessee on June 5, 1959. She lived all over Florida most of her life but Key West was definitely the place she loved most. Amanda was such a ‘freebird” and “flowerchild” and loved to flaunt the “peace” sign at you. You could probably call her a “Hippie”. Her great grandchildren liked to call her “Gangsta granny”. She loved her family and “Jesus” and made friends with everyone she came in contact with. She longed for Joy and Peace all her life and finally found it after professing her Faith in Jesus 3 years ago on Easter Sunday at Lake Eustis Christian Church. She finally new what being “set free” was all about. She may not have been able to make amends with all, but one thing is for sure, she loved you!!! Many thanks to her Lake Eustis family for loving and discipling her. Rest in sweet “PEACE” Amanda!!!! Her father and mother, Jeff and Francis Newman both preceded her in death. She is survived by daughter, Nicole (Sandra) Fralick, Nashville, TN, son, Jason (Brittney) Fralick and son, Joshua (Yoshiko) Cason both of Columbia, TN; grandchildren, Katlyn, Ally, Gabbie, Donny, Sarah, Caleb and Aurora; great grandchildren, Bralin, Ryler, Asher; sister, Jan Kornacker, sister, Mitsi Newman Gibbs, and brother, Jeff Newman, Jr.; four nieces and two cousins. Arrangements by Harden-Pauli Funeral Home and a Celebration of Life will be planned for a later date at Lake Eustis Christian Church.
